How to use a dermaroller
The roller must be used in conjunction with a skin care product(s). We highly recommend HA / Copper Peptide Serum and Intense Corrective Vitamin Serum. You will not get the desired results with just dry rolling.
Basic Dermal Rolling Tips:
Storing MTS Roller™
The MTS Roller is delivered in a protective case and sealed in a sterilized pouch. Tear open the pouch at the notch and discard. After each use (and cleaning) return the MTS Roller™ back to the protective case. We like to keep the cardboard sleeve around the case--if it should fall, it won't pop open. Also, you'll be able to know the size of the roller.
Write the date when purchased; in about a year with regular use you'll need to replace it. It will go dull like a razor and you won't notice.
NOTE: Always treat the MTS Roller™ gently and avoid any contact with hard objects or surfaces. Replace all rollers that have been dropped. Keep rollers out of reach of children.
Important Reminders
Do not use the MTS Roller™ on irritated skin, infected skin, fungal skin infections, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, severe solar keratosis, raised moles and/or warts, and/or any open wounds or sores. Patients who are not sure about their skin condition should consult a dermatologist before using the MTS Roller™.
Clinical tests have not shown any side effects from using the MTS Roller™ when used as directed under the advice or supervision of a trained skin care professional. Use serums, creams and/or any other cosmeceutical or herbal topical only with the advice or supervision of a trained skin care professional.

Basic Dermal Rolling Tips:
- Do not read the pamphlet the roller comes with--it was written with the concept of medical rolling and not home use.
If you’re using the MR3 (.3 mm) or MR2 (.2 mm)--face (Face = the entire face--including lips, etc.)
When you first start rolling, only roll every other night, but use the product every night--for the first two weeks. You will need to adjust to the Vitamin A in the product. If all is good after two weeks you can roll nightly for optimal results.
You can use your .3mm and .2 mm daily after two weeks of rolling.
If you’re using the MR5 (.5 mm) only use once a week on face or area of concern (i.e scar). For body use every few days. You will use your .3 mm or .2 mm daily. You can spot treat a scar or wrinkle then use your daily roller. Home rolling only take 2- 5 minutes at most. So don't over roll or you will be red the next day.
Basics: only roll clean skin--wash like you normally do--only roll at night, rolling should only take 2-3 minutes if you're rolling your face
Roll in short burst (half inch moves) in all directions (criss-cross, up/down). Do not push hard--apply the same pressure as a paint brush. Roll outward under eyes and on eyelids, about 10 strokes per eye. (using your .2 mm).
So roll, then apply HA/Copper Peptide Serum ( let them dry for a few seconds) then apply the Intense Corrective Vitamin Serum. Next day rinse off, and then use your favorite moisturizer and sunscreen. You may experience a tingly feeling after rolling--it's normal.- You may experience dryness when you first start rolling. So really moisturize the next day with your moisturizer
- *Clean your roller with denture tablets . Use a styrofoam / plastic cup and rest the roller on a make-up sponge. You don't want your roller to touch a hard surface. Rinse off, let it air dry in its container.
Oh, take a picture before you start--so you have a baseline. :) - Additional moisturizing is recommended.
Preventative sun-screens are also essential. - You will need to replace your roller in about a years (6 months) time, if used regularly (face). It will go dull like a razor would, so it will not work as well as it did initially.
- WARNING: Do not use the MTS-Roller™ vigorously or more than once daily unless prescribed by a professional skin care specialist.
GUARANTEE: 100% Contaminant-Free
MTS Rollers™ are sterilized with gamma radiation and sealed in a hermetic pouch and are guaranteed to be 100% contaminate-free upon delivery.
Cleaning MTS Roller™
You may use denture tablets (in water) to clean the MTS Roller™. Denture tablets contain enzyme cleansers which remove oils as well as reduce bacteria. While not as effective, you may also use alcohol (isopropyl). After cleaning, rinse with tap water and return the roller to the protective case and allow it to air dry. Replace the case lid until the next use.
